As requested, this longer version of Raquel Welch's popular Top Billing topper, now in 18", also has a slightly larger base. This longer length blends with bio hair and falls well below the shoulders. A Sheer Indulgence lace front and monofilament top allow for a beautifully natural look whether parted left, right or center, and whether worn forward or off the face.
